    As residents’ expectations will differ from one estate to the next, we are interested in trends, patterns and a general idea of how your residents would like their estates to look.

    We are looking to produce an estates scoring model toolkit in 2025 to help you assess and improve your estates – but we would like to do this based on your feedback and TSM results.

    So, come along for an open and honest discussion around the estates management challenges you face and find out how you can get involved in the toolkit project.

    Bobbie Hough is an expert in strategic planning and crisis communications and has worked with some of the UK’s most recognised brands overseeing high profile media campaigns, driving policy and social change, and leading on the response to crisis scenarios.

    He works with companies to help align communications and business strategy, transforming high level plans into measurable results.

    He has worked in the housing sector since the days of stock transfer working on a raft of projects with a range of partners.
