About the Estate Services Hub

HQN’s Estate Services Hub meets regularly and provides a forum to address some of the major challenges facing estates services teams across the country. It also gives members the opportunity to share best practice and even collaborate on the procurement of services.

The Hub covers a wide range of topics, including:

  • The impact of changing property portfolios and customer demographics on estates services
  • Ensuring that estate management has a more powerful voice within organisations
  • How to work better with contractors and the potential to work with new partners as customer expectations shift
  • Working with managing agents
  • Collaboration on procurement
  • Managing and maintaining communal spaces
  • Promoting the green agenda.

The hub is free to members of the Housing Quality Network. For more information, contact [email protected]
