The second Estate Services Club best practice group of 2023 will discuss staff training, recruitment and development.

The Estate Services Hub is pleased to announce its latest best practice group focused on staff training, recruitment and development.

Estate Services teams face a unique set of circumstances when it comes to attracting and keeping staff, including:

–        managing seasonal working patterns and different contracts

–        keeping up with new technology and the automation of services

–        involving tenants in their work and being the public face of the sector

–        improving the sustainability of green spaces.

The session will give participants the chance to share experiences and challenges and hear how other landlords are adapting their approaches.
