Do you want to get to grips with all the current issues facing the social housing sector? Then this is the course for you.

The housing sector is used to change but has never experienced so much – changes in wider society, government thinking (legislation and regulation) as well as economic changes.  Much stems from the Grenfell Tower tragedy in June 2017.  This raised many questions about the provision, regulation and management of social housing, and in particular the relationship between housing providers, those making decisions and the people who live in social housing and local communities.

This course brings you up to date on the current position and the future direction, where the sector is going.

It provides an essential introduction for those who are new to the sector, whatever your role, as well as anyone wanting to refresh their knowledge and/or struggling to keep up with all the changes.
