   • Service charges are built into our HMS
   • Our charges are built into our housing management system
   • We use Qube
   • We use the MRI module. We are hoping to migrate to the newer version as will meet leaseholder needs better (current one is okay for tenants and SOs but not great for LHs.

1. Hello, we have a 3-year Marketing framework in place – with one Lot for Print and another Lot for Design. Some agencies are on both Lots. For Design, we use the full mix – design / branding, comms campaigns etc…One of our design agencies provides our web services (and this was tendered as a mini-competition to the framework). We also have a separate PR services contract with Hough Bellis (who I’d highly recommend). My personal view is you need a separate PR agency who really understand the sector and have those relationships with key journalists / publications – I think often with full service agencies this knowledge / expertise isn’t there. Our team works on an account management basis so work is briefed in to agencies by each contact but then we have monthly status meetings with everyone and separate budget meetings involving the head of dept / team budget holder. We also have annual agency review meetings to look at what’s going well / how to improve (from both sides of the relationship) and to ensure our contracts / arrangements are still fit for purpose. We are a large HA so imagine this would differ with a smaller HA. If you would like to discuss anything then happy to chat through.

1. We’ve posted your question in our member WhatsApp group and had two responses so far:

   Currently it’s 15%, in line with the annual service charges, but we’re also looking to move to a fixed fee in future

   Hi, we do 10% across the board at the moment but will look to move to actual costs in the future as per recommendations.
