I’d really appreciate any best practice anyone has to share around terminating tenancies in older persons’ accommodation where the tenant has passed away. It’s always a very sensitive situation, with staff being reluctant to put the next of kin under pressure. Any advice or tips would be gratefully received.

Additionally, has anyone noticed any significant increases in the % of tenancies terminating because of a tenant passing away? Many thanks in advance.
