In the event a customer has sadly died or had to go into care, they would be interested how you respond to families asking to defer payments of service charges until properties sell. Is this on a case by case basis?

Also charges being placed on properties by the local authority for care home fees. If you have a successful policy or process in place for this they would love to see a copy.
