Landlords are often confused by the pitfalls of who and when a tenancy can be legally ended. There are circumstances when a tenant lacks the mental capacity to end their tenancy or when there has been an abandonment of the property or a failed succession application. In such cases does the landlord need to get a court order, which notice do you serve? Landlords, now more than ever, need to ensure they are not falling foul of the common mistakes made in such scenarios.

This virtual, live training is interactive. Delegates will work on real life case studies providing an engaging and effective learning experience and will leave feeling more empowered and confident in their understanding of how and when a tenancy is legally ended.
