Resident involvement and participation have long been at the heart of social housing. Today, with higher expectations, stronger regulation and a growing focus on transparency, it matters more than ever in holding landlords to account, shaping services and judging performance.

Done well, tenant scrutiny is one of the most effective ways for residents to influence decisions and drive real improvements. This half-day workshop supports involved residents and the staff who work alongside them to plan and carry out scrutiny confidently, gather evidence fairly, and turn findings into practical recommendations. It also creates space to share what works across different organisations.
