The government is finally taking the impact of anti-social behaviour (ASB) on our communities seriously, with a range of new powers and initiatives for landlords and our partners.

But as these new powers come into effect, are we using them in the right ways and are we seeing better partnership working and outcomes for tenants?

ASB also makes up one of the most controversial elements of the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures, with tenants’ perception of the service now a key regulatory driver.

It means it is absolutely vital that tenants understand the process of dealing with ASB and the outcomes that landlords are able to deliver are explained.

This session will provide members with the opportunity to discuss challenges they are facing around tackling ASB and share best practice in a confidential setting.

Why come to the best practice group? Members told us they are facing challenges tackling ASB and this session offers:

    • An opportunity to find out what others are doing
    • Good honest and open discussions
    • Sharing of best practice and ideas with others in similar roles
    • A sense check about what people are doing or thinking of doing.
