    Philippa Ibe is a Data Analytics and Measurement Consultant, with specialist interests in Diversity and Inclusion and fostering Trauma Informed Inclusive Cultures. She formerly worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Data Analyst at Cambridge University, where her focus ranged included data collection, analysis, and reporting. She is also a Chartered Management Accountant and is well versed with well over a decade of experience of leveraging data insights for quality decision making, to improve performance and to influence change.

    Philippa Ibe is a Data Analyst, Trauma Informed Inclusion Advocate and D&I Strategist. She formerly worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Data Analyst at Cambridge University, within fundraising teams for health non-profits and as a Chartered Management Accountant for a range of commercial sectors. She enjoys leveraging her multidisciplinary background to support people first organisations to drive sustainable growth and resilient, inclusive cultures.
