In this hands-on course, you’ll benchmark your current approach against the Competence and Conduct requirements, identify gaps and shape a code that fits your organisation’s purpose, risks and values. We’ll explore what “good” looks like, what to include and where to draw clear lines. You’ll leave with templates, example clauses and a practical embedding plan, covering induction, refresher training, leadership role-modelling, communications and performance management so the code moves off the page and into day-to-day practice. Expect actionable discussion, sector-specific examples, and expert facilitation that helps you translate regulation into workable standards residents can trust. Measurable outcomes and clear next steps.
