      Brentwood Borough Council
    • Mel was very knowledgeable on the subject and answered questions very well and confidently. I was also reassured that a lot of what Mel covered, I had included in our recently new policy regarding access. There were some interesting conversations around certain scenarios which I found interesting too and found the course enjoyable.
