David Done OBE will be stepping down from his long-standing post as Chief Executive of RHP Group.

David established RHP in 2000, following a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer from the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, and has led it ever since.

RHP Chair Simon Devonshire OBE said: “I want to thank David for his remarkable endeavour and success in making RHP the amazing organisation that it is. It’s been a pleasure working with him.

“He’s been an exceptional Chief Executive and will be greatly missed by colleagues and the Group’s Board alike. We wish him every success in the next phase of his career”.

Commenting on his move, David said: “It has been a privilege to lead RHP, and I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved thanks to the hard work, commitment, and support of so many talented people. But after 22 years, I now feel it’s the right time for me to take on new challenges and opportunities – and am excited by what lies ahead.

“My plan is to help like-minded organisations and people grow and succeed both as a non-executive and advisor. I’m confident to be leaving the Group in great shape and in capable hands with a strong Executive Team and Board. I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has contributed to the success of the Group”.

RHP will now start the search for a new Chief Executive to take over from David before he leaves and to take the Group forward.
