The Regulator of Social Housing has placed Reliance Social Housing Community Interest Company on its gradings under review list.

The regulator is currently investigating matters which may impact on Reliance’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.

Reliance is based in Birmingham and are just one of a number of lease-based providers who are under review by the Regulator, with the body not having assurances over key issues.
