A housing association has been named as one of the top 10 best UK workplaces for wellbeing for the second year running.

Their wellbeing support includes a digital wellbeing hub, peer support networks, help through menopause, pregnancy loss and stress, and much more.

Susan Fulton, director of people at Home Group, said: “To achieve a top 10 position for wellbeing for another year is a great achievement and one we are very proud of as a business. But, our work is far from complete. We remain committed to improving year-on-year and now we must look at ways to be even better, creative, and compassionate to ensure we support colleagues, especially in this extremely challenging environment.

“Knowing that our colleagues have a company which is supporting their wellbeing and ensuring they are in their best health means that we can be confident that they can continue to pass on that level of care and quality service to our customers.”

As well as being the North East’s highest-ranking representative on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list, Home Group is also the only housing association in the top 40.

The Best Workplaces awards were created by Great Place to Work and aim to help businesses create high performing workplaces where employees feel valued and trusted. The awards recognise the best super large, large, medium, and small workplaces in the UK.
