I am particularly interested in understanding how other councils manage both major and standard voids. Could you please provide any information that may assist with this?

      • The target turnaround time for major void repairs.
      • The target turnaround time for standard void repairs.
      • Whether these turnaround times are measured in calendar days or working days.

I am gathering sector averages to help us set our performance targets for the coming year, so any details you can share would be greatly appreciated.
