From a Local Authority perspective. We are currently reviewing the use of tenant photographs. We feel that they can be really useful to have on record in the event of suspected tenancy fraud (for example.)

We have recently started to take photographs on tenancy sign-up but wondering if we should be attempting to add photographs to older records? (During tenancy audits for example.)

Do you have a policy either for or against keeping tenant photographs?

If you keep tenant photographs on record, how often do you intend to review them?

Any experience/ views on this would be really appreciated.

Can you help? If so, let us know below.
