1. We have large families requiring 4, 5, 6 bedrooms. Our Temporary Accommodation units aren’t big enough. We’d like to know what are others doing to discharge their duties when they do not have suitable large properties?
2. We are experiencing difficulties with letting properties in our Independent Living schemes.  What are others are doing to address letting hard to let properties? Are people using incentives e.g. refer a friend etc.? Are they holding open days and/or events to showcase the schemes?
