A member would be interested to hear if any asset management teams have found effective community safety solutions towards persistent anti-social behaviour to support housing management teams, for example:

• Reinforcing doors with more hard wearing materials to secure the entrance to blocks, reviewing mag locks and trade buttons
• Create defensible spaces, for example closing down more open-plan estate or block areas, such as internal drying areas and possibly refuse stores
• Increasing CCTV or signage suggesting this is already in place
• Any other combination of methods.

We would be keen to hear from you if this has proved a deterrent and reduced complaints, vandalism and damage to property.
