A member would be interested to know how you support residents who are unable to look after their own gardens when required in their tenancy agreement. They have offered a complimentary assisted service previously but as demand increases, they need to review this. They have also found that quotes for maintaining trees are inflating.

We have heard from members who have made use of community payback schemes, local support groups for residents with learning difficulties and referrals to Age UK where residents qualify. Are you involving any other agencies?

How do you approach passing on the cost of untidy and overgrown gardens and where is best placed to put in efforts, ie, chasing resident to do it themselves, legal action or just instructing a contractor and getting the work completed? Would be interested in your thoughts on this.
