Under the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, a dedicated Health and Safety Lead for the organisation is required to be named.  Could organisation please let me know:

  1. How organisations are reflecting this in policy or governance frameworks
  2. What role is typically designated as the H&S Lead (e.g. Director of H&S, COO, etc.)
  3. How (if at all) organisations are distinguishing between overall accountability and the named lead role
