Does anyone have details of reliable companies which provide ANPR cameras?

We have an estate with illegal parking from non-residents and are unable to place a traffic management order due to the boundaries of two boroughs.

Residents have agreed for private enforcement however the company I’ve been liaising with have become non-responsive.
