Hello all, just a few questions around affordable rents.

1) how are social landlords calculating their affordable rent levels? Is this based on LHA levels, average market rent levels, a combo of both?

2) for social landlords, does recovery of arrears differ for affordable rents, when compared to social rent levels?

3) as a social landlord, do you charge rent up front for affordable rent properties?
