Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit a full-time, enthusiastic and customer focused Tenancy Support Assistant into their Housing Services Team.

The successful candidate will support and enhance the tenancy support service within Housing Service’s that meets our purpose; to enable our tenants to succeed and sustain their tenancy. They will, as part of the wider team, focus on ensuring wherever possible that customers are empowered to maintain their tenancy with us and live independently.

Ideally, you will possess a good working knowledge, experience and understanding around all aspects of housing management and legislation that underpins it.

The ideal candidate will take a flexible and holistic approach in ensuring we assist our customers in sustaining their tenancy.
