    £32,076 – £33,945 per annum 

    An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Council’s Housing Management Team.  We are looking for someone who will work flexibly in a team of six Tenancy Services Officers.  You will be responsible for providing a generic tenancy management service to the Council’s properties including enforcing tenancy conditions to both dwellings and garages and dealing with tenancies in a way that meets the highest customer standards.

    You must have experience of working in a social housing environment and possess a sound knowledge of housing legislation and good practice.  You must have experience of working with customers to address tenancy management issues including rent arrears, neighbour nuisance, and anti-social behaviour.

    Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise and prioritise workload in an effective way and to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service. You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
