    This role involves the effective delivery of end-to-end tenancy processes and providing a high-quality tenancy management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.

    Job Purpose

    • Deliver a high-quality tenancy management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.
    • Responsible for the end-to-end tenancy processes including the maintenance of tenancy records, allocations and lettings, responding to ASB complaints, conducting tenancy visits, resident engagement, providing tenancy sustainment support including signposting where appropriate and tenancy enforcement activities.
    • Maintain accurate and timely records in relation to all aspects of tenancy management.
