We are looking for a Technical Officer – Clerk of Works (1 post) to join our Property Services & Delivery team.
The Technical Officer – Clerk of Works will support the delivery team in to ensure consistently high standards of quality control through onsite technical assessment adhering to specification ensuring robust control of health and safety standards in compliance with health and safety legislation.
The role will support the Capital Investment Team by ensuring that accurate and up to date records in connection with Capital work and in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as providing effective supervision to ensure consistently high quality standards through robust monitoring and supervision for each project, via site visits, assessing all aspects of quality control.
