We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a Senior Researcher to join our Insight Team.

​​​​​​​You’ll have two to three years practical experience working within insight and/or research with a good grounding in applying quantitative and qualitative research techniques to better understand customers, colleagues and our business. You’ll be confident in designing and leading research projects from inception to completion and have significant experience engaging stakeholders, designing research methodologies, data analysis, presenting to senior stakeholders and team leadership.

Excellent communications skills are essential since you’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders to scope out their research needs, understand the required outcomes and make sure that research is actionable and will inform future decision making.
