We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (1 post) to join our Growth & Development team.

Working as part of the Growth and Development Team, the Sales Coordinator will support Onward’s increasing programme of sales, including shared ownership and Rent to Buy homes.

You will respond to incoming customer enquiries, whether by email, telephone or other means. Providing customers with information, marketing materials and updates. You will be required to maintain and update marketing, customer and sales databases, ensure key documents are stored electronically so as to enable easy reporting, document retrieval and support Homes England and audit compliance.

Liaising with the Help to Buy Agent and administering applications, supporting documents and advising applicants whether they meet relevant Homes England or other criteria will be a rewarding part of the role.

The successful candidate will need experience and commitment to delivering excellent customer experience and ICT skills, including MS Office, to support maintaining databases, customer relationship management systems, and digital communications. It is desirable that you’ll have a customer service related qualification.

To enable us to capitalise on the benefits of more flexible ways of working, for our customers, colleagues and to support sustainability, we have developed Onward ‘WorkSpace’. This is our approach that focuses on work being the thing that we do that makes a difference to our customers, not the place we go. As well as a competitive salary and a generous annual leave entitlement, we offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including a health cash plan, pension scheme and personal development.
