    We’re excited to be looking for a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team – supporting our fantastic trades operatives to deliver a timely, efficient repairs service for our customers, always promoting our first time fix approach.

    What you’ll be doing

    You’ll play a key role in keeping our repairs and servicing operation running smoothly – making sure the right colleague gets to the right job at the right time.

    • Planning and managing our operatives’ diaries so the right colleague is in the right place at the right time
    • Coordinating repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep everything running smoothly for our customers
    • Making sure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with our commitments
    • Keeping in touch with our customers, giving clear, timely updates and making sure they know what to expect every step of the way
    • Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are in place when needed

    Your attention to detail and organisation will help create a seamless experience for both our customers and colleagues – minimising disruption and keeping everything on track.
