We offer an exciting opportunity to join St Albans City and District Council’s Housing Team.

We are seeking a passionate individual to develop and deliver our Housing Resident Engagement Strategy, aimed at improving the lives or our social housing residents.

In this role, you will develop and deliver the Housing Resident Engagement Strategy to help improve the lives of our residents and their experience of living in our communities.  You will work proactively to connect with our residents through a variety of media, to gather their valuable feedback on our service delivery and policies and learn from their lived experiences in social housing.  You will co-ordinate data insight, analyse our performance and assess the improvement changes we have made to our policies and working practices.  Reporting into the Tenancy Services Manager you will work closely with other teams across the council to embed a culture of resident engagement at every opportunity, helping us meet our statutory obligations under the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.  The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that we engage with residents on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures as required by the Act.
