We are looking for a Rent Co-ordinator (1 post) to join our Finance, Analytics & ICT team

Reporting to the Rent Setting Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the rent accounting systems, specifically tenant rent and service charge accounts, are maintained and up to date. You will also maintain and monitor payments and charges on the Housing Management System, ensuring they are u pdated accurately.

You will oversee the rent setting process and ensure rent accounting processes are followed in line with procedure and to strict deadlines to deliver a high quality service. You will support the operational teams by providing accurate information and advice when required. You will maintain the secure tenancy rent reviews on a monthly basis and assist senior colleagues with the annual Rent Reviews as and when required. You will also perform regular reconciliations of rent charges and rent transaction data.

This role will be home based, although some travel to the office may be required for training and team meetings.
