We are looking for a Receptionist (2 posts) to join our team at the May Logan Centre on a Casual basis. The hourly rate for this role will be £10.55.

As a Receptionist you will provide a high quality customer service experience for patients, clients, service providers, external suppliers and other Onward colleagues. You will working in a customer focussed way, to assist the Centre Delivery Co-ordinator and Centre Manager in achieving the overall aims of the May Logan Healthy Living Centre.

You will work to deliver the eight Onward characteristics at all times and provide excellent customer service to all visitors and colleagues. Provide telephony services; general admin; customer advice and refer inquiries to colleagues as appropriate. You will assist the Centre Delivery Co-ordinator in ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to at all times. Support practices and systems that enable the May Logan Centre to be safe, secure and welcoming places for people to work and visit. Assist with regular fire/evacuation drills as necessary and raising repairs where required.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to adapt and tailor approach, language and behaviour to suit the needs of different service users.

This role is predominately based on site at the May Logan Centre.
