    As Project Surveyor you will play a pivotal role in assisting the delivery of our planned maintenance investment, ensuring our homes remain in good condition for our customers. We’re seeking someone who has a passion for residential real estate and is capable of delivering excellent customer service.

    The role is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across South Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. You will join the Development & Asset Investment Directorate who are relatively newly formed and keen to provide excellent Learning and Development opportunities to support your career.

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Deliver our planned maintenance programmes, managing contractors and consultants as required.
      • Pre, Interim and Post inspections to ensure our standards are achieved
      • Assist in the development of project plans.
      • Apply your expertise to solve challenges and provide innovative solutions where required.

    To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

      • Relevant qualification or experience in a similar role
      • Knowledge of health & safety regulations – CDM, asbestos management and site management etc
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

    This role currently attracts a non-contractual car allowance according to our Driving at Work Policy. This is currently set at £2,500 per annum, however eligibility for the allowance and the rate of the allowance is reviewed annually and any changes will be notified to you.
