About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager – Salesforce to lead the delivery of Housing Solutions Salesforce programme. This is a key role in ensuring our implementation is planned, coordinated and delivered in a controlled, transparent and effective way.

You’ll manage the full end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle — from discovery and design through to build, testing, training, cutover, go‑live and early‑life support. You’ll coordinate internal workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure the organisation is fully prepared to adopt new ways of working. A major part of the role involves working closely with suppliers and systems integrators, holding them to account for delivery to time, cost and quality.

You’ll also oversee programme governance, reporting, risk and issue management, and ensure that all delivery activity is well‑structured, well‑documented and aligned with organisational readiness. This includes supporting integration work, ensuring alignment between Salesforce and MuleSoft, and coordinating the transition of new capabilities into live support.
