About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic Development Team delivering great quality homes across Cardiff and South East Wales.

The Project manager will be responsible to the Head of Development with line management responsibility for the Development Assistant. You will manage the delivery of good quality, affordable housing and mixed-use schemes from conception to completion. You will identify opportunities and undertake feasibility studies, preparing financial viabilities for schemes for presentation to the Head of Development and the Corporate Leadership Team.

About You

You will be a relationship builder establishing connections with land buyers, developers, contractors, statutory partners and consultants. Have working knowledge of technical aspects of building construction and design, and their impact on programme, build cost and ongoing maintenance.
