The Operations Support Officer role: Your role will be to offer a broad range of support to the Operations section in order to provide an outstanding service to our customers. Your duties include assisting in the delivery of performance plans, identifying scope for potential service improvements, producing delivery reports, and resolving customer queries. Ideally, you will have a construction, engineering, maintenance or manufacturing background. Experience in providing technical support to operational management and administration support will also really set you apart!
