    About You​

    The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:​

      • An enthusiastic and caring individual with experience of working with older people.​

     

      • Confidence in establishing and building up links with community agencies, voluntary organisations and other groups to support the aims of the service​

     

      • Is comfortable to lone work and can show initiative to make decisions for themselves​

     

      • Enjoys providing a first-class customer experience to residents, contractors and internal colleagues​

     

      • Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Muir Living Service provided to older residents ​

     

      • Positive and open to change and able to contribute positively to a culture of evaluation and improvement​

     

      • Ability to organise successful opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation.​
