    We are currently recruiting for an Income Recovery Officer to join our Rents Team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. This is a permanent, full time position, working 35 hours a week.

    Are you aware of Welfare Reform and the impact it has on an organisations ability to collect arrears?

    Ideally you will have worked in a financial recovery role, able to advise tenants on money management matters as well as sign posting them to other agencies. You will have up to date knowledge of legislation affecting the arrears process and be able to offer the relevant support to tenants. The appointed candidate must have access to a car for work purposes.
