About The Role

The Housing Team Leader will play a key operational role in leading the delivery of front-line tenancy management and neighbourhood services, ensuring KPIs and compliance targets are met. This role includes direct line management of the team, providing necessary support and coaching to achieve high levels of resident satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, the Housing Team Leader will support the team and the Neighbourhood Team Manager.
