    Housing Officer

    £30,296 – £33,945 Dependent on qualifications and experience

    1 x Permanent

    1 x Fixed Term – maternity cover

    Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit two enthusiastic and customer focused Housing Officers into their Housing Services Team.

    The successful candidates will provide housing management and tenancy and estates management support to our general needs housing stock. This role involves managing a patch based area to enable our tenants to succeed and sustain their tenancy.

    Ideally, you will possess a good working knowledge of delivering tenancy services, sustainment work, enforcement experience and understanding around all aspects of housing management and legislation that underpins it.

    The successful candidate will work on both proactive and reactive service delivery. The ideal candidate will take a flexible and holistic approach to ensure we assist our customers in sustaining their tenancy.
