We are looking for a 3 x Heating Engineers – Permanent Role
We are looking to appoint 3 suitably qualified and experienced individuals to undertake the new post of Heating Engineer within Karbon Property Services.

Here is some key information you’ll want to know right away:

• This is a permanent role
• Salary is £31,419 per annum
• Location to be agreed: Stanley/Newburn
• Regular travel will be required within the North East area. (Exact patch to be decided post interview)
• Fully stocked company van provided
• Hours: 37 Hours per week on a working pat tern rota
• You will be required to participate in the standby rota for the out of hours emergencies, which attracts additional payments.
• Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, flexi-time scheme, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.
