We’re looking for a new External Contracts Manager to join our Property Care team where you’ll be taking ownership of a variety of externally sourced compliance contracts which could include fields such as LOLER, Legionella (water hygiene) management, RADON and active fire equipment. This is to support Abri’s objective of providing safe homes to our customers.

With experience of the Housing Association environment, you’ll have a pivotal role in ensuring servicing programmes and works are delivered in line with financial, contractual, and quality expectations. With the ability to forge strong relationships with our partner providers and the confidence to challenge and push change, you will be at the forefront of driving improvement in the delivery of our services.

Drawing on your experience, you’ll be able to;

• Specify and schedule work requirements

• Procure the work in line with all tendering, budgetary and contractual regulations including S20.

• Ensure compliance with all H&S and CDM

• Deliver works and servicing programmes in line with regulation and statuary requirements

• Ensure relevant customer engagement at all stages of projects
