We are setting up an exciting new team to deliver our estate maintenance service. We are looking for a great team of people who take pride in their work and love being out and about (whatever the weather!).

As well as undertaking a range of grounds maintenance and landscaping services you will also be an estates champion, ensuring that our communities look and feel amazing! We have high standards and we want individuals who are ready to respond to the needs of our communities and treat our estates as if they were their own.

Our new Estates Team will play a key part in making our communities great places to live so if you are passionate, have a real excitement about making a difference and are a great communicator who is customer focussed and happy to work alongside our tenants, then we would love to hear from you.

CCHA operates within diverse communities and we would be keen to hear from you if you meet our essential criteria and can speak a community language as we recognise that this is missing from our team at the moment.
