Fixed Term until 31 March 2024

The postholder will produce and implement a high quality empty homes process, liaising with others to ensure void maintenance work and the letting of the property is completed in a timely, efficient, effective cost efficient manner.

They will support the management and delivery of re-letting empty homes as well as liaise with contractors, suppliers and customers.

Their duties will also include providing administrative support to the technical team refurbishing empty homes. The postholder will be the link between the Housing and Technical Teams to exchange information and ensure the empty homes process runs smoothly.
