Designing and implementing workforce strategies, you’ll ensure that we provide an excellent employee experience and that our people possess the skills and talent we need now, and in the future.

    Overseeing a talented team with a significant portfolio, you’ll lead from the front when it comes to organisational development, recruitment, and retention, learning and development and equality diversity and inclusion.

    A key part of our senior leadership team, working in our Directors Team, you’ll shape and influence policy, performance, and productivity right across the organisation, leading a first-class People Services function that supports the needs of an ambitious and progressive organisation and, ultimately, supports our people to provide the best possible service to our customers.
