    Salary: £44,557 pa

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed and proactive individual to manage our customer service and business support teams. You will support our Head of Customer Experience develop and enhance our customer-facing services, helping to ensure that communications flow efficiently and effectively through our operational teams (Housing and Property) and back to our customers.

    In this role you and your team will play a key part in supporting our operational teams to deliver their work effectively. The work is both varied and, at times, challenging; it would appeal to a candidate who is motivated to provide an excellent service to people on low incomes, some from disadvantaged backgrounds and/or with vulnerabilities who need support from us.

    The successful candidate will come with strong and relevant skills, as outlined above, and a track record in using digital services to enhance the offer to customers and get the best out of the systems which support our operations.

    The role offers hybrid working as well as being community based.
