    We are looking for 5 Customer Service Specialists to join our Customer Services team.

    Working as part of a great team, your focus will be on help and advice to new and existing customers. You will be handling inbound telephone calls, e-mails and social media requests from existing customer s and also people who are looking for a home with us. Your role will be to help people with a wide variety of enquiries associated with their tenancy from raising and appointing repairs, managing their payments or helping customers to apply for a new home.

    We are looking for people who have experience of working in a customer service, contact centre based environment, who can manage multi channel contacts efficiently using a wide range of ICT packages. You must be able to manage a varied workload whilst achieving priorities and objectives. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential in order to deliver a high quality service.

    This role will be based at our Accrington office and will predominately work from that office, although some travel to other offices/sites may be required. Some flexibility may be offered to enable ad-hoc working from home from time to time. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. Full time colleagues work 35 hours per week across the opening hours on a shift rotation basis.
