About the role

We are looking for Customer Services Specialists – (4 posts) permanent and fixed term opportunities to join our Customer Services team for

This role will be based at our Accrington office. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. Full time colleagues work 35 hours per week across the opening hours on a shift rotation basis.

Working as part of a great team, your focus will be on help and advice to new and existing customers. You will be handling inbound telephone calls, e-mails and social media requests from existing customers and also people who are looking for a home with us. Your role will be to help people with a wide variety of enquiries associated with their tenancy from raising and appointing repairs, managing their payments or helping customers to apply for a new home.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people who have experience of working in a customer service, contact centre based environment, who can manage multi channel contacts efficiently using a wide range of ICT packages. You must be able to manage a varied workload whilst achieving priorities and objectives. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential in order to deliver a high quality service.
